The Association of Guilds of Weavers Spinners & Dyers

Founded in 1955, the Association is the co-ordinating body of over one hundred affiliatied Guilds of Weavers, Spinners and Dyers thoughout Britain plus about a doxzen Overseas Guilds and a online Guild.

The objects if the Association and the Guilds are the preservation and improvement of hand-weaving, spinning and dyeing for the benefit of members, and the promotion of public awareness and education in such craftsmanship.
