Knit
a Noni Forget-Me-Not Flower for Breast Cancer Research
This
very special knitted flower has been designed and created by Nora
Bellows of Noni Designs, in memory of all the women across the
world who have fought and won or lost the battle with breast cancer.
Nora was inspired to create this special tribute - felted forget-me-nots
- after she was contacted by fellow designer Dorret Conway. Nora
never had the opportunity to meet her grandmother because of this
disease.
Every
year over 12,000 women in the UK and more than 40,000 in the USA,
will lose their lives to this disease.
If
you would like to help raise awareness and raise funds you can:
- Buy
the pattern for the Noni Flower for Breast Cancer Research.
Proceeds from the sale of the pattern with be continue to be
donated to Walk the Walk
in the UK and the Susan G. Komen Foundation in the USA.
- Knit a Noni Flower and wear it in memory of a loved one. These
Noni flowers can be used as a beautfiul embellishment for your
knitted projects - as shown by the design on this bra - as well
as a symbol for breast cancer research.

Designs - use the store locator to find a stockist and purchase
your copy of the Noni Forget-me-Not pattern.
